Transistor Characteristics and Circuits

This chapter discusses the characteristics of bipolar junction transistors and metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors. The sensitivity of the transistor biasing circuits is explored through PSPICE simulations and MATLAB calculations. The frequency response of amplifiers and feedback amplifiers are also discussed.
