Technology from which he graduated in 1919.Following this, he worked as an engi neer for several large firms and married a girl he had known in Armenia.In 1931, he formed H. A. Kuljian & Co., engineers-architects, in Philadelphia, and now has one engineering son as president and another in charge of sales.The home of the Kuljian Corp. at 1200 N. Broad St. in Philadelphia, Pa., is an old mansion built in 1894 to house the Widener family.Since Mr. Kuljian bought the building in 1950, he has spent some $50,000 to alter it for busi ness use.The mansion holds a ballroomsize dining room with an elaborate bal cony, Philadelphia's first built-in tile bathtub, acres of wood carving and paneling, and a stairway that mounts four tall floors.Mr. Kuljian received an honorary doctor of engineering degree from Drexel Institute in 1953, was named Engineer of the Year in 1954, and was sent to Russia in 1959 by the U
