Latest MINEX II results announced

The USA's National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has published the results of Phase III of the MINEX II program. The MINEX II trial was conducted to evaluate the accuracy and speed of Match-On-Card verification algorithms. In other words, the test assessed the core viability of matching fingerprints on personal identity credentials based on industry-standard smart cards.
