Following is the text of conclusions reached at the Geneva meeting of Eastern and Western scientists, held from July 1 to August 22. The report was made public by the State Department on August 30. The countries represented at the meeting were the United States, Great Britain, France, Canada, the Soviet Union, Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Rumania.
