Validity secures US$10 million

Validity Sensors, a privately held biometric sensor company specializing in fingerprint authentication solutions, has completed its first funding round and secured a commitment for up to US$10 million in Series C financing from its current investors, including TeleSoft Partners, Crosslink Capital, Qualcomm Ventures, VentureTech Alliance.
