This chapter presents the CCNA Cloud Study Guide and is focused on preparing users for the second of the two exams required to become a certified CCNA Cloud professional. The chapter offers guidance on cloud types and deployment models, virtualization, storage, converged networks, and more. UCS Director (UCSD), which provides integrated infrastructure management for cloud services such as services automation, compute, storage, networking, billing, and much more. UCSD automation processes take the hardware and software configuration tasks and convert them to programmable modules. These modules are then used to create a workflow that is automated. The management of user accounts is performed using the UCS Director converged infrastructure management application. The UCSD user profiles utilize role-based access control (RBAC) that is defined as a method of allowing or restricting user access to network services based on the user's role or location in the organization.
