Async.js

Tim Ambler, Nicholas Cloud · Apress eBooks · 2015

Coordinating software flow can be cumbersome, especially when asynchronous operations finish at different times. Chapter 16 demonstrated how promises can be used to address this problem. This chapter discusses Async.js, a callback-driven JavaScript library that provides a suite of powerful functions to manage asynchronous collection manipulation and control flow. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
