Researchers crack bot net secrets

Researchers made multiple breakthroughs in bot net analysis this month. Experts from the University of Mannheim and the Institut Eurocom were able to infiltrate the Storm bot net and pollute it by using rogue clients. Researchers at security company TippingPoint also infiltrated the Kraken network.
