Normally each program should be a discrete entity capable of being run by itself, even if included in a system.It should have been tested carefully and used successfully under various conditions until the authors are satisfied that maximum debugging has been achieved.3.Each program is described as follows:,4.A title line containing the essential information pertaining to the program in a very compressed form.This line has been given an accession number to be used as an index and reference.B. Name and source line containing all personal references related to authors and sources.C. From 1 to 6 lines of more detailed description giving
