When spring comes north again next year ground will be broken, according to an official release from Harvard University, for the new Countway Library of Medicine, with occupancy scheduled for the spring of 1965. The actual construction of the building on the Huntington Avenue site finally selected for it has been contingent on the favorable outcome of a sort of game of musical chairs. Since it will arise athwart the Huntington Avenue end of Shattuck Street, it was necessary to acquire this public way from the City of Boston and make it part of the developing Harvard Medical Center.One . . .
