Kempe's Translator

Kempes translator copies a link to another location. Since the link has constant length it is given by its starting point and polar angle. So Kempes translator translates an angle to a new location keeping the same orientation. The translator is Kempes simplest tool; the other two are the adder and the multiplicator.;;
