Design of an All Digital CDMA Receiver

Kluwer Academic Publishers eBooks · 2006

After introducing the fundamentals of spread spectrum signaling and CDMA we are now ready to delve deeply into the details of the system level design of a DSP-based CDMA receiver. We will follow a bottom up approach, starting from the multirate signal processing to be carried out in the front end section of the demodulator, down to the specific subtleties of the synchronization and signal detection algorithms. This will result in an overall receiver architecture whose description and simulated performance will be discussed in detail. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
