B K Birla Institute of Engineering and Technology, Pilani (India) https://bkbiet.ac.in/ In the persistence of successful completion of previous two International Conferences on Communication Systems ICCS-2013 and ICCS-2015 organized by BK Birla Institute of Engineering and Technology, Pilani in the years of 2013 and 2015 respectively, the 3 rd International Conference on Communication Systems "ICCS-2017" aims to ignite our students & faculties towards research and innovations going on in the area of Electronics and Communication Systems across the world. This conference starts with opening new avenues for the students, participants and delegates that covers a broad range of Communication Systems, Microwave Engineering, Electronic Systems, Signal Processing, Semiconductors & allied areas like Automation, Robotics, IOT and Mathematical computation and optimization techniques. This time, in response to call for papers, as about 105 research papers have been received from every corner of country and abroad. Out of these, 86 papers have been scheduled for presentation. To accommodate all the shortlisted and registered papers, 25 sessions have been scheduled where three sessions were executing in parallel in three different halls. For the foreigners as well as far off state Indian scholars, two sessions were scheduled through video conferencing and 9 papers have been be presented through this mode. Each hall was controlled by three faculty members and two students from student chapters as in college. For the smooth execution of all programs 14 different committees were formed.
