Three different companies (yellow orange and green) in the same market are competitors.This Demonstration examines the impact of media on consumers by forecasting their behavior after being exposed to ad spots.Blue cells represent consumers who have lost interest; disloyalty controls the chance for a previous customer of a company to stop being a customer.
