The package briefly described here is a modification of the package COLSYS by Ascher, Christiansen, and Russell [1]. Its implementation is described in Bader and Ascher [2]. It is written in FORTRAN IV (compatible with FORTRAN 77) and is available through NETLIB (under the name COLNEW).
