Facebook releases watered down Moments app in Europe and Canada

Facebook has launched its Moments photo application for users in Europe and Canada that leaves out facial recognition features available in the app in the rest of the world. However, Facebook will continue to group pictures that appear to contain the same face and then users can manually tag people in photos.
