Bioscrypt consolidates offices

Bioscrypt, a provider of biometric–based access control technologies, has announced that as part of a cost reduction initiative, it will be closing its El Segundo, California, office and relocating the functions that were performed there to its Toronto facilities. The transition is expected to be completed by the end of April, 2007.
