A New and Robust Image Watermarking Technique Using Contourlet-DCT Domain and Decomposition Model

A new and robust image watermarking technique based on the Partial Differential Equations (PDE) using contourlet-domain and Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) is proposed in this paper. The main idea is to insert the mark with two different way (contourlet and DCT) on the two image components (geometric and texture) obtained by the decomposition model based on EDP. Experimentation has ensured the mark invisibility, the facility of extraction of the mark and the robustness against different kinds of attacks.
