BIM technology has been introduced to China for many years, and has been rapidly developed in recent years. Some super-large design institutions are one step ahead with advanced awareness and resource advantages in the exploration of BIM technology, and have improved their core competitiveness and new business areas. In the field of expansion, there are achievements, but in the field of smart home interior design, there is a lack of real understanding and in-depth research on BIM applications. The research topic of this article is the research on the smart home interior design based on the BIM model of the structure. First, a brief introduction to the BIM technology is made, then the parameterized model, basic road network and algorithm selection are established, and finally the influencing factors and efficiency evaluation of the BIM application Carried out an analysis and reached relevant conclusions.
