Stroboscopic photography

Geoffrey Dorling · Physics Education · 1966

Stroboscopic photography is introduced as a method of analysing the motion of a moving body and the various techniques which have been developed are discussed. Polaroid and 35 mm cameras are compared and a simplified, high-speed, developing process is described. The problems of illumination are discussed and finally some typical experiments are surveyed.
