Curve Finder

Harry Wechsler · Birkhäuser Basel eBooks · 1977

One of the basic problems of scene analysis is that of detecting contours of objects present in a given image. Much of the field of Digital Image Processing has been devoted to the detection of these contours. The procedures for their detection are often referred to as “curve finders.” These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
