Regular Tilings

The do-it-yourself tilings shown in this Demonstration each use only one shape, and only one size of this shape. Such a tiling is called a regular tiling. A regular tiling is called odd if it contains an odd number of tiles.The areas to be tiled in this Demonstration are a regular triangle, a regular hexagon, a square, or a rectangle.
