NIST presents Ocular and Iris Recognition challenge results

The US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has published a Baseline Algorithm paper developed in response to its ‘Grand Challenge’ in biometrics to find an effective algorithm for subject verification or identification by iris or ocular measurements under a broad range of image and environmental conditions.
