In this chapter, you’ll look at the features available with JBoss for deploying Enterprise Archive (EAR) files. JBoss allows the deployment of standard Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) EAR files by simply copying them to the directories monitored by the deployment scanner, as discussed in section 15.3, “The Deployment Process.” These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
