Smith charts are an extremely powerful visualization tool used by microwave engineers for designing impedance matching circuits, filters, amplifiers, and transmission lines. They are based on the simple principle of conformal mapping. In this, the second part of "Smith Charts Are Easy", we will learn how to plot resistive, inductive, and capacitive circuit elements.
