Cisco Prime Service Catalog Components

This chapter focuses on some of the individual components for the Prime Service Catalog as well as Cisco IAC and UCS Director. Cisco IAC like the Cisco One suite is built around self-service and end users utilizing a service portal to track and order content. The Cisco IAC is deployed as a solution that contains preconfigured catalog services, service forms, portal pages, portlets, integration adapters, and automation processes. Cisco Process Orchestrator (CPO) is for automating IT processes in complex environments. The CPO includes automation packs to deliver best practices and the packs are programmable through third-party partners, services, and end users. The Stack Designer of Prime Service Catalog lets users build application stacks. They can be designed as a template and published as services for the Prime Service Catalog storefront.
