Assessing the Organizational Impact of the Cloud Model

A critical success factor for any cloud computing initiative is a company's ability to manage organizational change. Change is not isolated to just the technology. The operating model for software delivered in the cloud is substantially different from traditional software that is shipped or installed on physical machines. This chapter will highlight how the cloud operating model impacts the organization across all departments.
