This chapter introduces MoProSoft as a new software process model specific for small enterprises and EvalProSoft as its corresponding assessment method. It resumes the reasons for its creation and the basic characteristics of both. It also includes the results of four pilots in very small Mexican enterprises, as well as its selection as the base documents for the development of an international standard.
