Selecting Efficiently in Excel

Dragging the mouse is probably not the most efficient way of selecting a range in Excel. If the user selects a small range, it may be more effective to hold the Shift key down and use the arrow keys to select the range. In many instances, the user has to select large ranges of data. This chapter will describe a number of techniques to select this data in a more efficient way. It highlights the techniques to select the entire sheet, section and it also enlists shortcuts for selection.
