On Computing The Generalized Coefficient Of Internal Stability

The generalized coefficient of internal stability is an important concept in project scbeduling with resource constraints. The present paper presents an enumerative algorithm for its computation based on a new way of defining this coefficient through a recursive relationship. Theorems are provided wbich allow a decrease in the total computational effort, as shown by their computer implementation.
