On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to welcome you to BIGCOM 2020 held in Deqing, China on July 24-25, 2020. BIGCOM 2020 is intended to bring together computer scientists, applied mathematicians, engineers in different disciplines and researchers to present, discuss and exchange ideas, results and experiences in the area of Big Data, in its broadest sense: analytics, management, security and privacy, communications, and high-performance computing. The paper selection process was handled by the Technical Program Committee (TPC). 45 papers went through review phase. The reviews were provided by the TPC members, and a few reviews were provided by external expert reviewers as needed. The technical program covers a wide range of topics, including Computing, Data Mining, Security, Big Data Management, Wireless Sensor Networks, Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition, Routing and Network Protocol, Smart Phone and Sensing Applications, Social Networks and Recommendation, Resource Management and Wireless QoS Provisioning, Security and Privacy, Architecture and Applications.
