Managing data, whether physical or digital, is a critical part of our daily jobs. An effective system to manage files and folders is becoming more important than ever with the growing amount of data that is available in today’s working environment. We use folders to help us organize information so that it can be easily searched and retrieved later. Folders can also be used as a to-do list, that is, storing files in folders based on their status.
