Once all the business functions have been identifi ed and a recovery time frame determined, the planning team then needs to identify all the resources necessary to perform each of those functions. Resources include applications systems, minimum staff requirements, phone requirements, desktop requirements, internal and external interdependencies, vital records, printers, fax machines, copy machines, unique equipment, etc.—everything that business function needs to perform its job.
