Rotated and Scaled Text in Graphics

Mathematica is capable of applying rotation and scaling to text in graphics. Text is not limited to horizontal and vertical directions, but can be adjusted to any angle to meet higher labeling and design needs. This capability provides added flexibility for graphics in high-quality presentations.
