Route Finding
Alastair Aitchison · Apress eBooks · 2012
Route finding is the process of finding the optimum path through a network from one chosen location to another. The most familiar examples of route finding are the journey planning features found on in-car satellite navigation systems and travel websites. In such cases, the network in question is normally a public road network, and the optimum path is the route from A to B that takes the least amount of time, or covers the least distance. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
