L-1 snaps up assets of Retica Systems

Most of the assets of Retica Systems have been acquired by L-1 Identity Solutions, even while that firm is itself going through a possible takeover. The move will help L-1 respond more quickly in providing biometric solutions for high-volume, large-scale civilian programmes, the company says.
