Fiber Preserving Equivalence

We give a theory of fibered regular neighborhoods based on a remarkable property of simplicial fibered projections. All the usual properties of regular neighborhoods are retained. Using Millett’s fibered general position, together with the regular neighborhoods, we prove THEOREM.
