In Memoriam: Robert G. Jeroslow (1942–1988)
INFORMS journal on computing · 1989
One of our outstanding contributors, Professor Robert J. Jeroslow, died suddenly, August 31, 1988, while attending the Mathematical Programming Symposium in Tokyo. This inaugural issue is a small tribute to his many contributions. The first paper here is also the first to have been submitted to ORSA Journal on Computing, while Bob helped to establish. INFORMS Journal on Computing, ISSN 1091-9856, was published as ORSA Journal on Computing from 1989 to 1995 under ISSN 0899-1499.
