During the development phase of a Web project, you are typically the only user of the functionality you are creating. You’ll concentrate on writing nice-looking, bug-free Web Forms that present accurate data. It’s easy to forget that once your Web project goes live, your code will typically be subject to a wide range of other stresses, created by the number of users using the system and by how important your application is to the organization that has paid for it.
