A study on the modern Educational Technology based on Data Engineering Promoting College Students’ employment satisfaction

At present, the employment situation of college students was very severe, with slow employment, lazy employment and difficult employment, and the current trend has became more and more intense. The employment problem of college students has attracted widespread attention from the society. How to promote the employment of college students has become an urgent problem in social development. This paper firstly analyzes the employment consciousness of college students, studies the preparation employment ability, and finally expounds the relationship between employment satisfaction, employment consciousness and employment ability preparation. At the same time, It is suggested that colleges and universities establish data models, build engineering thinking and strengthen the information construction of graduate employment based on data investigation. Moreover, colleges and universities can release employment and recruitment information timely through various modern technology information platforms, so as to truly realize the modern educational management. it is hoped to bring reference and help to the majority college educators so that the graduates can be correctly guide to obtain high-quality employment.
