IF Functions

IF function is a frequently used function in Microsoft Excel. When decision makers and analysts are looking for an optimal solution to a given problem, they often need to take into account complex models. Then the IF function comes into action, this function allows decision makers to consider more than one alternative. The IF function has three parts or arguments: Logical test, Value if true and Value if false. The user can use the Excel Functions menu, the fx icon, or the Shift+F3 shortcut to activate the function.
