This chapter focuses on the rollout of a project’s solution into production. We begin by discussing operationalization considerations in software and AI projects. We explore the typical roles and key activities of individuals. We then describe some of the operational procedures prior to and during limited production with the intent of having them completely implemented when reaching full production.
