Cryptographic primitives have been widely used in critical computer systems and infrastructures for security. However, various side-channel analysis (SCA) attacks are developed to break the cryptosystems by utilizing the sensitive information leaked during the cryptographic implementations. Modeling and quantifying the information leakage to evaluate the resistance of cryptosystems against SCA attacks become a very important topic.
