Artemis Solutions Group (ASG), a provider of smart card and biometric security solutions for consumers and small businesses, is to take on one of the largest biometric companies, Sagem Morpho, in a legal battle over an alleged trademark/trade name infringement and unfair competition with regard to its registered trademark BioCert .
