Criminals launch mass attacks on credit cards

Gartner analyst Avivah Litan has warned that cyber-criminals are employing a new tactic against banks. The so-called ‘flash attack’ is where large numbers of money mules make small cash withdrawals or transactions from the same account in a short space of time.
