This is a slightly different experiment. but it’s the logical conclusion to this book. It’s a full function graph plotter in Flash, just type in the function and away you go. Check out base.swf to see some ready-made functions, just select the one that you want and hit the plot button. For experiment we’re just going to build the bare bones of the plotter that you can delve into and get you hands dirty with. The code for this is longer than that for other experiments, but don’t let that put you off. it’s well worth it. Rather than having a separate section for the key variables and functions. I’ve instead heavily commented the code so you should be able to easily follow through it and get a good idea of what’s going on. I’ve given a more thorough explanation of the workings of it after the code listing. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
