Viisage completes SecuriMetrics acquisition

Viisage Technology has completed the acquisition of privately-held SecuriMetrics, a supplier of handheld iris recognition and multi-modal biometric devices. The purchase is expected to add approximately US$15 million in revenue in 2006.
