Intel invests in Chinese biometrics

Intel Capital, Intel's global investment organisation, via the Intel Capital China Smart Device Innovation Fund has released its first investments of around $28m in several Chinese companies. The investments focus on development in smartphones, tablets, wearable devices and the Internet of Things (IoT) market.
