Polynomials modulo π and the theory of Galois sets

This paper concerns reduction modulo p p of integral polynomials. A variety of questions are raised and partially answered using classical density theorems. In the last section most of the results are generalized to the category of Galois sets, i.e. zero dimensional algebraic sets defined over the rational numbers.
