Indian government offers Biometric Lock service as ‘Aadhaar fake’ gang captured

The Indian government has taken steps to enable citizens to further secure their biometric data stored in the country's Aadhaar citizen identity system. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is now offering a ‘Biometric Lock’ service and has provided a tutorial for using the system on YouTube.
